We opened the doors to Blais Performance in 2012. Our dream was to create a facility where athlete's could maximize their potential both on and off the ice and adults alike could develop healthy habits and enjoy living an active lifestyle.
Our programs focus on 3 pillars for success. Training, Nutrition and Healthy Habits, to achieve a higher level of performance in sport and life.
We provide support from how your moving and training, to how your fueling your body and how your daily habits will influence your overall growth and development.
We have helped young athletes turn pro, helped kids develop their skills to play at levels they never imagined, adults get back into fitness and do things they never imagined they could.
Blais Performance helps youth athletes improve their athleticism so they can have the best sports performance possible while avoiding injuries. Young athletes develop athleticism with speed, strength, injury prevention and stamina training through programs that are specific to their development level and create long term results. There is a difference between working out and training.

Coming to Blais Performance doesn't feel like a chore but something you've been looking forward to.
